Man Had Sex With Unconscious Neighbor To 'Save Her Life'

An Utah man has been arrested on Friday after he had sex with his unconscious neighbor just to ‘save her life!’

According to court documents, 50-year old Rodger William Kelly told the police that he put his third leg into the 29-year old neighbor on May 19 in an effort to ‘save her life’. ‘He said he did place it inside of her to try and get her temperature up,’ police wrote in a probable cause statement filed in 5th District Court.

According to cops, Kelly had met the young woman unconscious outside her apartment, and proceeded to carry her inside his own house and put her on the bed. Then he changed her clothes and lay down beside her, hugging her in an attempt to make her warm. The next thing, the temptation crept in…and he had his way with her.

The woman later told the police that she might have been raped after she found bruises on her  upper thighs. Kelly even admitted to police that they had been intimate before, but she had since informed him that she is no longer interested in the relationship.

Court docs state that the hospital couldn’t complete a rape kit because the woman’s honeypotl area was cleaned while she was sedated.

Kelly has been charged with first degree rape and is held at Washington County Purgatory Correctional Facility. His bail has been set at $25,000.
