The answer is you don't know. If he were always a liar, he would be lying. But if he always lies, wouldn't that mean that if he said he lies he wouldbe lying about it, thus meaning he was telling the truth. If he tells the truth about always lying, he would be lying to you, and so the spiral continues.
In short, it's a clever little trick to confuse people, but it also makes you confront the fact that there are some things we can never know.

We all tell lies.....only at different levels.........cos some people have phd in telling lies. We have differents reasons for telling lies whether justifiable or not. Mind you some girls can tell concentrated lies than guys atimes, depending on who's got more skeleton hiden in their cupboard.
