We make fun of the NSCDC’s because they are an easy punching bag. They lack consistency, transparency and an understanding of the basic concepts of common sense.  If you give a man enough rope, he will hang himself and the right thinking people   will say he hasn’t got things right. Am I the only person who thinks the level of stupidity in this country is increasing?
