If you cannot figure out what he meant by Bush as in the ex-president of U.S.A. then you’ll never make it life.

I disagree. Other gobernment officials and ordinary people around the world do give and take bribes. The problem with Nigeria is that it has become so endemic -  it affects everyone and everyday life of ALL Nigerians. People leave their homes with extra money in their pockets knowing that at tje end of the day they will return home with nothing. From gatemen, refuse collectors, mama put, teachers, nurses, office workers etc to the highest person in the land has either given or taken bribe in their lives.

Even foriegners coming into the country come prepared. I have seen hotel officials askng for money eben sfter they have paid what they should. The hotel rceptionist laughed and said "this is Nigeria." The foriegner asked him if he is poor and building a big house, he answered "yes!"


We wont talk about the police or airport officials - that will take all year..

We have to change!
