Lagos or Accra which one now? Well regardless it is a smart move and a good investment.

Real estate will always appreciate. It is better than acquiring fleet of cars, wardrobes of shoes and clothes...

d so called Hotel doesn't look like a Hotel to me and d Hotel is built in Ghana or where, if it is in Ghana and owned by a Ghanaian then why is d news here but if it is owned by a Nigerian and built in Ghana, that is 419 Money whole haaaaaaa.

Why in Lagos Nigeria why not, anywhere in Ghana, guys u most witness how Ghanaian are treating Nigerian bad as if its end time the sizes all Nigerian property in Ghana asking them to present the nationality or working paper? This ppl hate Nigerian like they see devil. I have once lived in Ghana and I lost 650k niara cos the bank in Ghana told me I can withdrew my money after a lot of savings, they asked me to present my working authorization. A question for john dumelo do u have a. Working paper to live in Nigeria ? No,....shame to Nigerian govt.

poster, go and learn how to post news. d head line says d hotel is built in lagos but wen  i read d ful stoet, i latter realise d hotel is in Accra and not lagos, rubbish
