Nigerians from all walks of life pay glowing tributes to late South-African anti-apartheid icon, Nelson Mandela. The event which took place at the Freedom Park in Lagos was hosted Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka.

Several writers, poets, activists and community and religious leaders sang songs, poetry and engaged in dance performances at the event.
