Confusing heading    

The heading and the body of the post reveal two different things

You wrote .   ..he was.   crushed  as if the actor was dead  similarly you said sad news  as if he was dead only to learn that the actor is still alive and that in itself is a happy news .  

You could have just written   .   "actor escaped death during film on location"
Congrats  to the lucky actor for escaping death
