9 f.u.c.k.i.n.g years in a Nigerian prison for an offense he did not commit ?  What is wrong with our judicial system ?  Sometimes I imagine what a Nigerian prison would be like - maybe like Hell on earth .

You are very stupid man. I can see that you are short-sighted from knowing the truth. If he committed the crime, why would his case file be missing?

Throughout the eight years and nine months he spent in detention, Ejeh was never taken to court for trial.

Isn't that unlawful detention??
You waste 8 years of a man's life......what rubbish??

NPF is just sick.

Tell me within Nigerian laws, he can sue them for false arrest and imprisonment. He should be rehabilitated with some decent amount of money from the state Government or he should take them to court.

Tell me that, there are young talented Nigerian lawyers willing to take up his case pro-Bono and mostly likely share a percentage of the award if he wins....

I would advise this man to sue the NPF thru the help of any Human Rights Org. He needs to be handsomely compensated for having 9yrs of his adult life wasted by the excesses of the NPF!
