May be it is the government that sponsor them. I believe if that is not true, something should have been done to bring a halt to this madness. There are hundreds of BH members who were arrested and yet, their capture could not help locate the most notorious of their leaders. I doubt if government is really serious in handling this problem. May be Borno State people are paying the price of not voting for GEJ in the last election.
