IF THE NIGER REPUBLIC SHOULD DAM THEIR OWN WATER WHICH FLOWS FROM THEIR COUNTRY TOWARDS THE NOTHERN PART OF NIGERIA,THEN WE CAN BE ABLE TO GENERATE ENOUGH POWER DUE TO THE REDUCE FLOW OF WATER.I AM AN ELECTRICAL ENGINEER.TEECO IS TALKING AS A LAY MAN.THANKS

which dam r U talking about, dont we already have 2 Hydro-electric Power Dams in Kainji and Shiroro?

NOT REALLY?THIS TIME WE SHOULD BE TALKING OF OTHER ALTERNATE SOURCES OF POWER OTHER THAN WATER.THINK ABOUT NUCLEAR ,SOLAR,STEAM,GAS,WIND.THEY ARE NUMEROUS,THE PROBLEM WE HAVE IS GETTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND SPONSORING THE WORK.SOUTH AFRICA TODAY IS INTO NUCLEAR MEANS.

 well, we do see the power supply at werri at least 1500 seconds a year and our roads are bad especially inside streets.government  please help

Bros , d problem is not with the source of our power supply, but the way we manage the one we have
The Hydro plants we have are currently producing way below capacity, so until we adopt the culture of properly maintaining things, even nuclear power supply would fail
