it is possible, but never possible if he doesnt sleep during the day,, the longest time a man can go or survive without having a sleep,,is 11 days, perhaps a little bit longer,, but i guess the man might be having his sleep during the day, but not at night,,, no one can survive that long without sleeping at allll,,,
