According to Reno Omokri, President Jonathan's Special Assistant on New Media, the most all inclusive Security Council meeting ever in Nigeria's history is currently holding at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa.
The President, Governors, Service Chiefs, key ministers, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor, Sultan of Sokoto, heads of security services, in attendance
As part of ongoing efforts to find lasting solution to security challenges in the country, President Goodluck Jonathan on Thursday [Apr. 24] met with state governors and security chiefs at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Also at the meeting which started at 12.10pm were – the President of Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Ayo Oritsajafor and the Sultan of Sokoto, Saad Abubakar III.
The governors at the meeting include – Sariake Dickson (Bayelsa), Wille Obiano (Anambra), Theodore Orji (Abia), Abdulaziz Yari (Zamfara) and Gabriel Suswam (Benue).
Others were – Martin Elechi (Ebonyi) Abdufatai Ahmed (Kwara), Emmanuel Uduaghan (Delta), Murtala Nyako (Adamawa), Aliyu Wamakko (Sokoto), Kashim Shettima (Borno), Liyel Imoke (Cross Rivers) and Ramalan Yero (Kaduna).
Kayode Fayemi (Ekiti), Babangida Aliyu (Niger), Tanko Almakura (Nasarawa), Saidu Dakingari (Kebbi), Olusegun Mimiko (Ondo), Godswill Akpabio (Akwa Ibom), Isa Yuguda (Bauchi), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe) Ibrahim Shema (Katsina), Sullivan Chime (Enugu), Rauf Aregbesola (Osun), and Idris Wada(Kogi) were in attendance. The acting governor of Taraba State, Umar Garba, also attended the meeting, while Oyo, Kano, Rivers, Imo, Edo, Yobe, Ogun, Plateau and Jigawa States were represented by their deputy governors.
Others at the meeting are – Vice President Namadi Sambo, Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Anyim Pius Anyim; Service chiefs, the Inspector General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar; the National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki and the Minister of Defence, Aliyu Gusau.
Heads of the Federal Road Safety Commission, Nigeria Customs Service, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, and Nigeria Immigration Service represented their various agencies at the meeting.

Why is he having a meeting with all these prominent members of the society??? Didnt he (goodluck) accuse the kano state governor of being the mastermind behind the rampagin boko haram menace, he shld hv outrightly ordered for his arrest, dt of-course, is if he has got the balls and will-power to do so! Or was the accusation just a mere political tantrum? Nigerians are tired of all these social gartherings in the name of conferences! We need results!!!

Let us not continue deceiving ourselves in this country, we can not continue to pretend to be together because the truth remains that we are not together....lets go our separate ways, those who want to islamise their side can go ahead to do so without bumbing innocent citizens. Nigeria can not be peaceful again as a nation, because its our socalled leaders that are stealing the peace, so lets stop fooling ourselves.

Colonial Mental ism . now. where are the representatives for our own African traditional religion so those ones have been marginalized to the extent that they dont even recognize them as a people or religion.. at the end of the day, 70% of Nigerians seek spiritual help in virtually all they do and then cover up with Christianity and Islam
