When 100 armed men turned up at a girls’ boarding school they claimed to be Nigerian government troops sent to protect the pupils from marauding terrorists.
Staff took them at their word and it was only when 329 terrified teenagers were ordered out of their beds in the dead of night and herded into Toyota Hilux jeeps that they knew something was wrong.
In fact the soldiers were themselves terrorists from the radical Muslim jihadist group Boko Haram – and they were there to carry out one of worst mass kidnappings in modern history.
According to reports in UK’s Daily Mirror, families of the schoolgirls, aged from 15 to 18, are certain their daughters are now being used as sex slaves by an extreme sect that has killed 1,500 people since the start of this year alone.
They are captives in the wild Sambisa Forest in north-east Nigeria where Boko Haram has a heavily armed camp of bunkers, tunnels, ramshackle buildings and tents.
One girl who recently escaped following an earlier kidnapping told the newspaper that she was prized as a terror leader’s wife because she had been a virgin. She said young female captives were raped up to 15 times a day, forced to convert to Islam and had their throats cut if they refused.
Since the school abductions on April 14, news has filtered back of mass marriages with girls forcibly shared out as brides. Boko Haram has warned that any attempt to find them will lead to their execution.

Chai nawa for Nigeria and most of our leaders know about this. God will surely open there nyash one day, even our president can't even send the whole army to go look for this boko haram and finish them. All of them is among the supporters of the boko haram.

The missing 234 chibok girls now 276.i have been pondering over this kidnap situation and somethings don't add up hence these questions.the students are said to be sss3 students writing physics examination.QUESTION 1.why are their names not published by the school,state and government and also WAEC?2.why are their pictures not over the news media?3.how come all 235 students came to write physics examination when the total number of students in th whole school is around 1200?4.it was announced that the borno state government n1m each to parents of the missing girls.if that's true,why was the money given to the parents?was it as compensation for the kidnap or compensation for their deaths?on Tuesday 29th April 2014,the senator in the senate said the girls has been taken out of the country to Chad, Niger and Cameroun and married off to their adoptors.how come the senators know so much?who are their informants?why is the wife of the state government organising women to pressure FG in Abuja after the national security council has ordered the armed forces to use all state resources so secure the release of the adopted girls.what about the girls that escaped,where are they?where are the school authorities?who is fooling who?its time we start askig questions than drawing conclusions

I am sorry to say this we will require a miracle now to find those girls after more than 2 weeks. I am from the North, and the sect have not proven any point but to just impoverish the north the more. Locals don't develop an environment, but foreigners. So if we keep driving away foreigners how do we expect to develop? And if that how do we provide employment for our people? Our government has its own flawz but we as indigines need to tell ourselves the truth,both th poor and those rich idiots who keep sponsoring them.

A northern Muslim is not in any way politically inclined or inteligent than a Southern Christain, and It hurts me so much when I say I'm a Southerner and they look at me and say, you're a minority. A minority that put food on the table of the so-called majority yet you see us as a second class citizens. What is the difference between the NIGER-DELTA minority of Nigeria and the AFRICAN/AMERICAN minority of the US?. So the Nigerian military / arm forces are now afraid of the common boko haram. They know where the girls are as written, let the military act unless there is something they are not telling Nigerians
