Sit by the side of the person with broken hearth, let her knows all the different things relate to the type of the hearth broken to her. I mean many examples relate to it. pray for the person. give the person some verses relate to that problem. U must not let the person remain lonely.

Depends on the much the heart is broken... I will suggest you take the person to surgeon in-charge of broken hearts to amend that.
