why would a guy lie about having AIDs

A guy and his girlfriend together for 1yr. There have been some rocky times, during one of this time the guy accused the girl of cheating.... then the guy couldnt piss normally, so he went to the doctor and he had STD, but he told his girlfriend that it was AIDs, which made the girl cry and sad. A day later he told her that he was lieing that it was STD not AIDs. he did it so he will know if the girlfriend will be sad for him. My question is why, what drove him to lie about such serious matter? and what would the girl have done after finding out?

 Shocked Shocked well i would ask him how he got that aids and clear things out with him.....so my response will depends on his replies....i might stick with him till the end of his life but that does not mean that i would sleep with him....i ain't gonna get the mess that he created but of course i would give him the love and support that he needs at that time till the end.....and that means that i still love him....

yea, hes just trying to see if the girls has a thing for him. Cos he has AIDS dosent mean, hes not a caring/nice person. But some girls dont mind AIDS or no AIDS if the guy is well bucksed up..........they will shed crocidile tears to make d guy like them and explore more.Smiley.

i am sorry that i  did not answer ur first question....a guy would lie that he got aids to know how much his girlfriend loves him and how far she can go and stuffs...i mean like a down ass chick...y'know...if the girl can go thru with him in sickness and in health no matter what the situation is....but of course asking this particular question can determine how much a gal loves u but its too extreme....accepting a boyfrien with AIDS means that he cheated on her...she will not be leaving him coz he got aids but she will leave him for cheating her and the thought of the kind of women that he has been sleeping with that resulted in him having AIDS....so another test question is fine but this is too extreme....ask something about being poor or something....u know wat i mean....

Well the guy said the reason for lieing about the AIDS was to make the girl feel guilty, becos she cheated on him. i think he should have found another lie to lie though.

the girlfriend is so gullible if my boyfriend tells me that he's HIV+, I'll love to see his results and i'll be dying to have a test to know my own status if I happen to have slept with him. Why will I tell him I cheated on him and gave him HIV+, he would hate me for the rest of his life, he could have gotten it thru other means.

That girl needs some education.  AIDS is not a specific thing, it's a complex that breaks down your immune system so that your body cannot defend itself against diseases.  Nobody really dies of AIDS, they die of some disease or diseases that were about to attack the body, like pneumonia or cancer.  So this guy, if he really did have anything and he couldn't pee, that was some infection located somewhere in his urethra, probably, NOT AIDS.  It was a cruel and selfish gimmick to play on her.
