in response to your question how to relate or be friends wit an x i think personally it is acceptable to be on friendly tems well and good phone call etc from time to time but as the admitted temptation is there still why do you allow yourself to go suffer just to test yr self ability to sustain from yr x i mean now its like the person has a new life moved on so i dont think the situation is good 4 you at all if you were best friends before lovers in the first place fine , but you guys started as lovers so u now cant reverse to best buddies i beg oh stop the closeness now before it eats you, let dis thing not eat yr time dis thing will even effect you from meeting yr mrs right

What l meant is dat, ur Ex obviously still Loves u (and he obviously is very angry about the breakup)

So he'd rather not Talk to U Cos everytime he hears ur vioce, or Sees ya, the memories just rush back and he finds it unbearable, so...

yeah. but its kind of dangerous.all my ex still ve me as there friends but am watching it
was locked up with one that was married but it only took my nobility and the fear of God to resist wat we use to do but we kissed.she still calls me nd tell me she misses me but i dont let dat get  into me cos i ve to respect and protect my relationship.
if u cant resist, tell him or her to stop calling u to save u from emotional wreck.
