A woman who appealed against a ban on her noisy lovemaking sessions has lost her bid to continue having rowdy sex.
A court in the UK heard how Caroline and Steve Cartwright's love life made such a racket that neighbours said it sounded like someone being murdered.
A 10-minute recording of their sex sessions was labelled as "unnatural", "hysterical" and "like they are both in considerable pain".
Neighbours of the couple near Newcastle in northeast England weren't the only ones offended by the din; passers-by and even the local postman had complained.
After noise levels recorded by the council peaked at 47 decibels, the Cartwrights were banned from "shouting, screaming or vocalisation at such a level as to be a statutory nuisance".
48-year-old Caroline challenged the ruling, claiming it was a breach of her human rights.
This week a judge upheld the original conviction and ordered that the ban should stay.
Yet those living near them may have to invest in a set of earplugs, as not even a pillow can smother Caroline's cries of passion.
"I tried to control it," she told the court of the pair's romps, which usually began at midnight and lasted several hours. "I even tried to use a pillow to try and lessen the noise." What an outrageous world we live that people go further to appeal to a case like this nature? Should this be considered as her right of being human or otherwise?

its her right to scream n moarn
Yes her right, but must it be to the detriment of others living around her?
If u check well.. is not her fault, she cant just control herself becos of over enjoyment. no b wetin i don write on many post here, if u hit in the target very well, the reciever must lament or moan loud. make they allow d woman to enjoy her thing as long as she is not shy of that, when she knew people are hearing her.
