the king & nappers are not invisible, they have papa, mama ,brothers and sisters.they move on the roads, they often go to restaurant to eat and they go to club to enjoy them self. so now tell me, why 95% of then are not in police net till date.let me tell u my county people.government security agents can not secure more than 45% of the entire country.i base in europe and let me tell you how things work here,every soul in europe is a security to him or her self and others.(every body is watching every body).we most learn to be security of ourself.
