Many people who have been detained in a Nigerian police cell have sad stories to share about their experience. Starting from the terrible food, to assault and brutality from fellow inmates, a lot of people come out with worse tales of woe than they brought in.
This video shows a Nigerian Policeman laughing while detained suspects (obviously under duress) slapped and physically assaulted each other to his amusement.

they even ask the criminals to manhandle someone if he claims to know his right too much.
