The Mysterious Thing Found On The 21-Year-Old Dylan Roof Who killed People In The Charleston Church

The sad news of the Killings of about 9 Black people worshiping at The Charleston Ame Church by a certain 21 year old Dylan Roof has gone viral on the internet today. One mysterious thing that really caught my attention which I've not really found an answer to were the patches sighted on the on the young killer's jacket.

Can anyone identify what those two flags are on his jacket?  Two flags on Dylann Roof's jacket are the South African flag during apartheid and White ruled Rhodesia (Zimbabwe)


Can anyone figure out this correlation? Something must definitely be wrong somewhere. I'm floundered.
