The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has been invited to a rendezvous by President Barack Obama of the United States of America at the White House on the 20th of July, 2015.
The invitation was announced via a statement on the White house website, and also confirmed by Ambassador Susan Rice via her twitter handle; @AmbassadorRice
The statement read,

The visit will underscore the United States’ longstanding friendship with Nigeria, our commitment to strengthening and expanding our partnership with Nigeria’s new government, and our support for the Nigerian people following their historic democratic elections and peaceful transfer of power.

Why can't the leaders of the advanced countries pay him a congratulatory visit? Our president keeps pursuing them up and down without managing the affairs of our country (and his party). We have the potentials to be very rich, abeg Mr. President, leave sentiments and appointment credible people to assist in the development of Nigeria. The West are only offering what looks like assistance because they want to cut down immigration from your country. It is well.
