But last night, our sources said Turai Yar’Adua’s wife again kicked against the plan. She insisted that the military be allowed to take over power after a vacuum would have been created by January 1st 2010, when there wont be a Chief Justice of the Federation of Nigerian to swear in Jonathan even if they agree to declare Yar’Adua incapacitated. The military, under the plan, would intervene to “prevent chaos and unconstinutionality from derailing Nigeria’s unity and corporate existense”.
Turai, our source learnt, has accused some members of the kitchen cabinet of disloyalty for accepting to transfer power. In particular, she is pointing accusing fingers at the Minister of Agriculture, Abba Ruma, who, it was learnt, supports that Jonathan act as “president” so that he can sign the appropriation budget which will enable him recoup about N70 billion of extra budgetary spending he engaged in.
Saharareporters also learnt authoritatively that last night, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole received $5 million to truncate any transfer of power to Jonathan. The young speaker was paid $5m million through Honorable Inuwa Shehu Imam, a member of the house respresenting Faskari constituency in the House. Alhaji Imam returned from Jeddah last week to pick up the money from an oil lifting firm, Addax Petroleum, as directed by the First Lady. Bankole is known to have received kickbacks from contractors lifting oil from Nigeria but the recent payment was specifically to secure his support for the First Lady’s agenda to frustrate Jonathan’s assumption of power. The Speaker has adjourned House proceedings until January 12, 2010.

What's wrong with some people in this country? Do they think Nigeria is their personal estate? I blame that stupid ugly old man called OBJ for all these. If not for him, I have never had of that Gov. from that state that starts with the letter "K", before he became president. If not for OBJ, how on earth will such woman be...now?

But felow Nigerians! Wait for minute, for a brief question and observation. Is the so-called Turai the supreme constitution of the federal republic of nigeria? Did she not observe how her husband was trying to respect the judiciary, and nigerian constitution? what's her sole concern about v.p taking over power, if the husband is incapacitated? pls felow, tell to keep far clear before the amagedon fall on her. See a lot of cleansing is on the way to all leaders who have betrayed our noble country in any way!!!!!!!!! If really we have three arms of government working independently, therefore, let the judiciary interprete the section of our constitution on this matter. NOT TURAI YAR'ADUA ISSUE!! At all...........

Who elect who is a fallacy. Is her husband elected? Why are we deceiving ourselves. His coming in is a political coup if she is inviting a military coup. Birds of the same feather flocks together.
