Oh my God, this is brutality. Proper investigation however needs to be seriously done

One thing I know about army is that they hate people who draw tattoos on their body. Infact if they see you they can just conclude anything

But for soldiers to be watching him in the hospital, handcuffed to the bed make it more complicated. And him also complaining of brutality is another case too
