Even if they are going to retire it shouldn't be in this way and manner, his obviously not managing these guys well

What is really happening in that team? Is it that the players are not amenable to discipline or the coach is too harsh? Whatever is the case NFL should look into it. If all the players retired prematurely then there's a big problem. I agree one has to go for another to come but should be done with maturity. God bless Nigeria
