Long Fuel Queues Are Cropping Up In Some Area Of Lagos, Fuel Scarcity Looming?

It seems Lagos is about to experience the perennial fuel problem that seems to have become a strong man in the lives of Nigerians.
The queues have returned in the various filling stations,  and there is no plausible explanation for what is causing the scarcity.

In Europe notin like fuel scarcity and their is imported mostly from Africa, Nigeria 2 b precise
