In a latest ambush along Maiduguri-Bama road, a lieutenant colonel of the Nigerian Army, has been feared killed when suspected Boko Haram insurgents allegedly ambushed a military convoy returning to Bama after a working visit to Maiduguri Details of the attack are still sketchy as at the time of filing this report, however a source close to the attacked troops said the convoy slowed down at a bad portion of the road when insurgents opened fire on them from a bad portion of the road. several soldiers in the convoy sustained various degrees of gun injuries and some military vehicles got damaged in the process.
There are reports of total liberation of some towns in the state by the military and subsequent return of people to those town that include Bama & Konduga.
Tuesday’s attack took place along the main road between Bama and konduga by Sambisa forest.

This is what am thinking of when i hear the fight between Nigeria solider's and Shittu group. Why nigeria solider's not going to be angry when they have already attack by nigeria solider on the road. i beliv what happen to this their boss was the reason they were angry and shitte group also doing the same thing that happen to them b4. well Rip to him sha.

Boko haram sponsors are now in key positions in government and they give sensitive information to their boys. When the army cleared a whole village only 2 boko haram members were killed because they are told when the army would take action against them, the ambush of the Lt. Col is as a result of info received from their masters.

If truly that this boko haram boys have killed this man well, I'll rise up my hat in honor of that soldier that died trying to help the nation but how comes that this news doesn't include the name of the soldier that died or is it a law in the military that when a soldier dies his or her name must not be pronounced.
