A woman has cried out for help after a disabled man was caught on camera as he stole her laptop. It is not clear where exactly the incident happened, but the victim identified as Boluwatife Soloye with the twitter handle @TifeSoloye shared a video showing the moment the thief stole the laptop.

She hopes someone who knows the guy can identify and help her recover her stolent laptop which contains very vital information.
