Armed Policemen Spotted In Alcohol Drinking Joint During "Work Hours"

Little wonder the spate of extrajudicial killings keeps rising when armed security operatives deem it fit to get high during official duty. These policemen were seen drinking and smoking at a local joint. What a shame!
