Diners at the Orinoco restaurant, in the city of San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico were visibly horrified after being treated to lewd scenes courtesy of the drunk couple.
The woman and the man engaged in a passionate kiss while she performed a ‘hand job’ in full glare of everyone, according to <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/world-news/explicit-footage-shows-couple-brazenly-8782937" alt="Mirror">Mirror[/url].
The act which was captured on phone by a patron at the restaurant shows the young woman in a floral dress carrying on the ‘business’ without care.
The Gobsmacked patrons at restaurant, immediately reported the couple to the owner who then called police.
The video also captures the moment officers arrived to arrest the pair for a public disorder offence.
The clip ends as the brazen couple were escorted from the premises to cheers and applause from customers and staff.
People on social media have slammed the the duo for indecent behaviour as the x-rated footage was shared on different platforms.
Some called for the pair to be heavily punished for their conduct in a respectable place where people were eating with their families.
According to reports in local media, the couple were allegedly on drugs and drunk at the time of the incident.
It is currently unclear whether they have been formally charged.
