This lady who goes by Zion_lioness on Instagram says she has been growing her dreads for 23 years and wants to keep growing it for the next 18 years.
She looks cool though, but I don't think a lot of people will find this appealing!!!
Can you keep dreads on your head for that long a period of time

Dreads are simply LOCKED NATURAL hair in plaits

The hair IS WASHED (and conditioned and dyed) as often as you wash hair that is NOT in dreads.

I am unsure of where people learnt that hair in dreads is NOT WAHED.

IT IS WASHED and STYLED as the owner wants.
