Nigerian Police Officer, Inusa Saidu Biu, Threatens To Kill 200 People If Pres. Buhari Dies (Photos)

Inusa Saidu Biu, a police officer from Biu, a local government area in southern Borno state has Promised to kill 200 people if  president Buhari dies.

According to him the president was poisoned but he survived, he said 'Buhari the cat with nine lives'.
