Jose Mourinho takes his in-form Manchester United to Russia on Wednesday for a Champions League test against CSKA Moscow.

United sit second in the Premier League to Manchester City on goal difference after collecting 16 points out of a possible 18 so far this season.

Back in the Champions League after winning the 2016-17 Europa League, the Red Devils won their opening Champions League Group A encounter 3-0 against FC Basel - but their second match presents a trickier encounter.

CSKA shocked Benfica with a 2-1 win in Portugal in gameweek 1, and will be looking to strike again to prevent United from running away with Group A.


Team news
Eric Bailly is once again available for United after serving his three-match ban following a red card in last season's Europa League semi-finals.

However, fellow centre-back Phil Jones - who starred in the 1-0 win against Southampton on Saturday - remains suspended, meaning Chris Smalling will likely start alongside Bailly with Victor Lindelof still off the pace.

Mourinho has more midfield problems with Maoraune Fellaini out after suffering an ankle injury against Southampton, joining Paul Pogba on the sidelines.
