City edged local rivals Manchester United 2-1 at Old Trafford on Sunday to take a double-digit lead in the title race, with few sides looking capable of getting close to Pep Guardiola's side in their current form.
City also equalled the Premier League's record winning run of 14 games by beating United, and can set a new one on Wednesday night against Swansea.
The Welsh club have been disappointing so far this season as they sit 19th in the table with just nine goals scored in 16 games, but Paul Clement's side picked up a valuable 1-0 win over West Brom at the weekend to lift spirits ahead of City's visit.

Team news
Vincent Kompany suffered another injury setback in the Manchester derby, and was forced to withdraw at half-time.
With John Stones and Benjamin Mendy still out, that could see Guardiola start Fernandinho at centre-back after drafting him in alongside Nicolas Otamendi against United.
