
Bayern Munich visit Santiago Bernebeu to play Real Madrid in the reverse fixture of the UEFA Champions league semi-finals after a 2-1 defeat at the Allianz last Wednesday. The last encounter between the two football super- houses was thrilling with one side dominating while the other team playing a counter-attacking football. Bayern’s dominance gifted the German side the lead despite injury blows which saw them loose both Arjen Robben early on as well as Jerome Boateng. These have given Bayern faithful something to hope on with Heynckes hinted that a big comeback is very much possible for the Bavarian giants. The German tacticians believes that exploring the vulnerabilities of the Spanish side will be the key in deciding the approach his side will deploy.
