Bayern Munich visit Santiago Bernebeu to play Real Madrid in the reverse fixture of the UEFA Champions league semi-finals after a 2-1 defeat at the Allianz last Wednesday. The last encounter between the two football super- houses was thrilling with one side dominating while the other team playing a counter-attacking football. Bayern’s dominance gifted the German side the lead despite injury blows which saw them loose both Arjen Robben early on as well as Jerome Boateng. The side paid for the loss of the later as two tactical errors at the back decided the outcome of the game. Real Madrid with their lead could not get a grip of the game as the Spanish side played second fiddle throughout the game. Most Nigerian Real Madrid fan are taking advantage of Big free bets available in Nigeria now, to bet that their club will still defeat the German team again.

Real Madrid are favoured to progress to the finals of the club competition but the German side can’t be ruled out considering how the dominated Real Madrid in Munich last week. Real Madrid boss Zidane however have called on his players to give their best in the reverse fixture to avoid a backlash citing the last season meeting as a case study. Bayern overturn a 2-1 deficit to drag Real Madrid to extra time despite Arthuro Vidal seeing red in the game. The los blancos side however made their number advantage count as they went on to win the game 4-2. Zidane counts on the support of the home supporters to help them in the clash. Real Madrid however have not been invincible at home these season with the Spanish side displaying their vulnerability in their last home game in the competition. Their last game at home against Juventus almost ended as a disaster with the Los Blancos side surrendering a 3-0 first leg lead over the Italian. The Spanish side managed to progress thanks to a controversial Cristiano Ronaldo penalty kick in injury time. These have given Bayern faithful something to hope on with Heynckes hinted that a big comeback is very much possible for the Bavarian giants. The German tacticians believes that exploring the vulnerabilities of the Spanish side will be the key in deciding the approach his side will deploy.

Bayern have lost their last 6 meetings with Madrid stretching back to 2012 but Jupp Heynckes will be hoping his Bayern side gets victory over Real Madrid in the 7th time of asking.
