OMFG: Spanish Bullfighter Gets Gored Through Throat (PICTIRE)

The Spanish bullfighter is in grave condition after a bull gored him through the throat yesterday.

"[The bull's horn] went though the tongue and penetrated the roof of the mouth, fracturing the jawbone," said one of the doctors who worked on him in Madrid.

The Seville native comes from a long line of famous matadors.  He is expected to survive.

"We don't have a reason to fear for his life, although he will have a very slow recuperation," said Dr. Maximo Garcia Padros.

Aparicio suffered the heinous injury toward the end of the match, during the part where the bullfighter uses his cape and his sword to entertain the audience before killing the bull.

Score one for abused bulls everywhere.
