if arenal does not sign a GK and CB b4 the end of this transfer window, we will struggle to a 4th place finish. Shay Given is available, so is sketeleburg and Marcheti but that old man just doesn't want to spend money.

I don't agree that a GK is only as good as his defence line. If u watched spurs - man city, u wld agree with me. Almunia conceded the goals that lost arsenal the champions league and has yet to prove himself since. Last season he was the 19th best GK in the league according to the actim index rating. arsenal doesn't need that. Jaskelainen, schwarzer, given, gordon are all better than almunia. And u r judging Marchetti  by his world cup perfomances, but he is still the italina second choice, almunia is not even spanish fifth choice. WE NEED A GK BEFORE THE END OF THIS WINDOW, IF NOT BOOOYAKA

i don't your castrol rating,how can u even think of Almunia been at the 19th position,and marchetti is not in anyway better than Almunia,Wow even Gordon better than Him?i think he deserves some credit for his performance down the years,everyone knows he has its own moment of madness no doubt but i believe hes a good Goalkeeper on his own and he the best we have and we can make do with Him
