Longest and "most incompetent" service chiefs in Nigerian Defence history - Appointed by the present government
The service chiefs include the Chief of Defence Staff, General Gabriel Olonisakin, Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant-General Tukur Buratai, Chief of Naval Staff, and the Chief of the Air Staff, Air Marshall Sadiq Abubakar.
Recall that their tenure expired in 2018, having been appointed since 2015. But the president subsequently renewed their tenure.

Very stupid indictment. Do you want them to voluntarily resign their Appointment? Loyal Officers at that Rank  don't just walk away from  their Duty.duty.
