Dressing decent does not mean you have to dress like a woman in her 30's or 40's while you are young.You can cover up and still you "hot".With those African Curves.

personal opionion.....men do find it attractive bur i think its sucks and girls shud learn from how to dress descent in ova to avoid poeple starying at emmm....bur i dey look sometimes oooo and saying to me self what the elll is she thinking....i wouldnt go out wiv a girl like that bur that doesnt means all girls who dressed indescent are bad lol......
