Well, that depends on my relationship with you. If we are very good friends or my partner, then I will definitely tell you-- with a straight face. If I am not very close to you, then I could always tell you in a mild way- especially if I will have to be around you for long. I think it all depends on your manner of approach or your personality in general. The more subtle/calmer you are, the more likely the person will listen to you.
