Some people try their best to explain or make others understand that they are not who they perceive them to be and Temi Otedola thinks doing that is just time-consuming because no matter what you do or say, some people have already decided who you are.
According to her, explaining yourself is time-consuming as some people have already decided who you are and nothing you do will change that hence save your energy and don’t waste your time explaining yourself to people who aren’t ready to change their view about you.
Adding that she tries to enter interaction without judgment but not everyone will do that same and that’s okay because the only person you have to prove yourself to is yourself and no one else so you owe them no explanation.
Temi Otedola is right, some people have already decided who you are based on what they’ve heard about you and nothing you do will change that therefore save your energy and prove yourself to yourself since you owe none any explanation.
