FG orders VCs to reopen varsities

Due to failed negotiations between Federal Government and Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, the FG had filed a suit against the Union to court.

Following the recent update, the court ordered the Union back to class and  to end their lingering Nationwide strike action embarked since February 14 over the revitalization of public universities and so on.
