Depends on the relationship before the pregnancy and also the relationship after the pregnancy, if both are keeping in touch and the lady as well, been the same person you knew very well..... Why not, is Yes !! but if there's no relationship afterwards and she may change from the person you know earlier.... is kinda difficult to go back to her for marriage, even if the man will go back, You will have to start all over dating her to know her well b4 the proposal.

Bros the question  needed to be answered by the guy himself, his feelings for the gurl determine if to go back or not. in other hands if the guy still have much feelings {love} for the gurl then he need to make a move but now a question is there for him to answer, is there anything like love for the guy again from the gurl. now the answer is that the guy is free to marry the girl if the both still have that feelings of love towards each other. lets not talk about marriage without that love to be there.
