it is possible even in naija. lets just assume that he was in primary school and sit for common entrance,GCE and JAMB exams and pass all of them. it is not compulsry that u must pass through the secondary school before u must admitted into the university or that you must pass through primary school before u must be admitted into the secondary school. you only need the certificate exams if you are intelligent enough.
