Police Officers Seen Assaulting Okada Rider With Weapon (Video)

A video has surfaced online showing some Nigerian police officers assaulting a man with a weapon. The man who is said to be an okada rider was attacked by the police officers who also went away with his motorcycle. The incident happened in Oja Oba, Ogundele street, close to Abule Egba under bridge, Lagos. As he attempted to stop them, one of the police officer was seen with a deadly weapon attacking the okada rider.

Why was this Okada rider being treated like an animal??
Is stick now a legal weapon approved by the police authority for any officer to arm themselves with?

It doesn't matter what offence the guy could have committed. That's not the right way any citizen should be treated.
I was here few days ago supporting the police against Seun Anikulapo for insulting the police.
IG please act on this as well.

This is nothing more than robbery. Those 3 policemen should be arrested and prosecuted as such.
