Social media users have slammed Davido's lawyer, Prince Bobo after he posted a Grammy plaque before the announcement of any of the three categories at the 66th Grammys.
Prince had shared a Grammy plaque on his Instagram story hours before the announcement of the winners of the 2024 Grammy Award.
Nigerians who saw the photo slammed him for being too forward.
One @3fizzy wrote: “Davido needs to caution his team. There’s no need to be teasing stuff like this at all wtf.
“Why lawyer go dey move like this?”
Another X user, @Olamide0fficial wrote: “Where did Davido’s lawyer see Grammy plaque?”
Malaikascott wrote: “The lawyer wan try tell us say them don already use money buy keep since last year.. na waiting him dey try talk.”
Big Dave wrote: “This him team just no sabi keep secret! Them too talk.”
Recall that Davido was nominated in the Best African Music Performance category for ‘Unavailable,’ Best Global Music Album for ‘Timeless,’ and Best Global Music Performance category for ‘Feel’ but lost in all the categories.
