New record label boss, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has communicated he denounces any form of loyalty to “some godfather,” asserting that this year is about Himself.
Ruger’s declaration is coming days after exiting Jonzing World records owned by Music executive, D’Prince.
Announcing His exit from Jonzing World via Instagram on February 6, 2023, Ruger said He was grateful to Jonzing World and D’Prince but it is time for him to take a bet on Himself.
In a new freestyle titled ‘Blownboy’ released under his personal owned Blown Boy Entertainment, the singer officially denounced godfatherism, asserting Himself as His new boss.
“I denounce every loyalty to some godfather, this year I’m about me,”
He sang in the freestyle Video posted on his YouTube page on Friday.
