4 u guys askin,for every crime or offence,there is always a sanction or punishment,even the mildest offences like slappin another person,so since this forum did not pronounce the sentence does not mean the court did not.i'm completely certain now but i'm he's gonna get notin less than 10 yrs with hard labor.

This story is incomplete. The 8 year-old would have been bleeding profusely and would require hospitalization.Which hospital was she taken to? Where is the genesis of the story? What is the relationship between the victim and the rapist? Did he just drag her off the street to rape her?  No police investigation or arrest. Read between the lines before accepting anything posted.
