An Oyo State High Court in Ibadan on Tuesday fixed March 30 for the hearing of an application for an interlocutory injunction stopping the execution of the Will of the late chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State, Chief Lamidi Adedibu.

Justice Akintunde Boade adjourned the case instituted by the Chief Executive Officer, Pelly Foam Limited, Mr. Dapo Davies, against Adedibu and others over the 2006 attacks on the premises of his company.

The judge had adjourned to allow parties in the case to comply with the new rule of the court.

Davies is seeking an interlocutory injunction “restraining the Executors/Administrators of late Adedibu from distributing his entire estate either through his Will or any testamentary document and/or intestacy to the Fifth to Seventh defendants or any other children or beneficiaries pending the determination of the substantive suit.”
