Nigerian social media commentator Verydarkman (VDM), also known as Martins Otse, has reacted to Mohbad’s wife Wunmi’s recent interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo.
Wunmi recently appeared on the With Chude show for her first interview since her husband’s death, where she discussed Mohbad’s tragic passing and her life as a young widow.
During the interview, Wunmi disclosed that a nurse was involved in her husband’s death, alleging that his record label had intended to arrest the nurse for administering an injection to the late artist.
The widow further explained that her father-in-law stepped in to prevent the record label representatives from arresting the nurse.
Wunmi also expressed skepticism about the autopsy results, suggesting that Mohbad’s death might have been caused by poisoning.
She added that Mohbad had been well before the nurse’s visit, but started experiencing a crisis immediately after the injection was given.
In a video posted on his Instagram on Friday, VDM raised questions about Wunmi’s statements, pointing out that the absence of Naira Marley’s name in the interview created room for speculation regarding his involvement in the singer’s final moments.
He agreed that Naira Marley may have bullied Mohbad, but contended that he was not the main culprit in the singer’s death.
VDM slammed Chude for not probing Wunmi about the viral videos that showed an argument between her and her husband. He described the interview as a “whitewash.”
In conclusion, the critic suggested that Mohbad’s widow may have been influenced by someone with more power to direct the blame towards Naira Marley.
VDM stated that, following the interview, he now views Wunmi differently. According to him, Wunmi is 70% innocent but is being manipulated by others.
He also revealed that, after watching the viral interview, he’s starting to believe that Liam is truly Mohbad’s son.
Captioning the post, he wrote, “(MOHBAD SPIRIT STRONG TRUE TRUE) I just finished watching the interview with Mohbad wife and guess what they have exposed the truth without knowing, hidden truth is popped out, apparently everything I have been saying is becoming clearer but I also discovered something new,the mohbad head strong true true”
