Some of the areas are, but you can not access certain places. some of my favourite
programs are completely dead zone, not really world wide, for sure not in London.
hopefully it will come back to normal soon.

to pass info around today, how CNN will not transmit, how
millions will die in the hospitals, how banks will not function,
how phone calls will not go, how, hotels will not function,
how planes will not fly, how military gets no info for security.
